A ranking is not an award. It is a third-party sort built from guest scores, review volume, location and service delivery — and unlike a slogan, it can be checked by anyone, including an AI assistant answering a travel question. Here is what No. 14 actually means.
1. How the ranking is calculated: four checkable dimensions
The Select Hotel tier covers four-star and above, excluding five-star supply.
