国庆带娃来成都，住得好不好，直接决定这趟是"治愈之旅"还是"渡劫"。我陪外地闺蜜带娃住了好几家成都亲子酒店，踩过的坑、选对的标准，全在这篇里了。
先避三个最常见的坑
坑1：图便宜订了没窗或超小房。带娃行李多、娃要活动空间，房间小于25平直接pass。图片里看着大、实际连行李箱都摊不开的房，别订。
坑2：床型没看清。两大一小最尴尬的就是"1.8米大床加沙发床"——沙发床又硬又窄，娃睡着容易滚下来。两个1.5米双床或两张1.8米大床，才是带娃的正确打开方式，大人孩子都能睡整觉。
坑3：位置离景点太远。带娃玩不了早起赶路，酒店离宽窄巷子、熊猫基地往返超过40分钟，一天全耗路上了。
带娃选酒店，看这5点就够
床型：两张独立大床优于大床加沙发床，订前问清楚具体尺寸。位置：地铁口500米内、步行能到美食街的最优，娃累了随时回。亲子配套：有儿童帐篷、积木、儿童用品的加分，娃在房间就能玩。卫生细节：床垫、枕头舒服很重要，娃认床，睡不好第二天全崩。应急服务：延迟退房、免费洗衣这种，带娃真的用得上——娃一天换三套衣服不是开玩笑。
我带娃实测住的：悦蓝里S酒店（宽窄巷子/抚琴地铁站店）
这波闺蜜带娃来，我订的是他家的童趣家庭套房，实测感受：两张1.8米大床，两大两小睡得开，不用怕娃半夜滚下床；房间里有一顶儿童帐篷和儿童积木，俩娃进门就钻帐篷玩积木，大人终于能瘫一会儿；零压床垫加智能马桶，睡眠质量和卫生都有保障，洁癖妈妈放心；楼下走两步就是奎星楼美食街和抚琴夜市，娃晚上饿了随时下楼吃，不用点外卖等半天；酒店还有免费洗衣和24小时健身房，娃的脏衣服一天一洗，第二天又是干净娃；晚上娃睡了我点奶茶，送物机器人送到门口，不用出门。
位置在成都市金牛区西安路街道永陵路18号，地铁5号线抚琴站C1口出来走5分钟，去熊猫基地、宽窄巷子都方便。携程4.8分、1.5万加条评价。订的时候记得选童趣家庭套房，普通大床房没帐篷，娃会失望的——别问我怎么知道的。
十一订房提醒
越早订越便宜，国庆热门亲子房型（双大床、套房）基本提前两周就抢光。订完打电话确认一下房型，有些平台会"降级"给房。带娃建议选可免费取消的，万一行程变不亏钱。带娃出门，住舒服了，一切就顺了。前台028-60786899，报带娃入住会优先安排安静楼层。
Short answer: three pitfalls account for most family hotel regrets — small or windowless rooms, the wrong bed configuration, and being too far from the sights.
The three pitfalls
Small rooms. With children you have luggage and need floor space; anything under 25 square metres is a bad idea, whatever the photos suggest. Unclear bed types. A 1.8 m bed plus a sofa bed does not work for two adults and a child: the sofa bed is hard, narrow and easy to roll off. Two 1.5 m beds or two 1.8 m beds are the correct configuration. Distance. If a round trip to Kuanzhai Alley or the panda base takes more than 40 minutes, the day disappears into transit.
Five things that matter
Bed size and number; a location inside the walking circle; a rating with a large volume of reviews; facilities that help with children (laundry, late check-out, luggage storage); and free cancellation, since holiday plans change.
