如果你问我成都周边哪个地方"离雪山最近"，我的答案一定是海螺沟。从成都出发4个多小时，就能站到万年冰川跟前，还能泡着温泉看蜀山之王贡嘎，9月人少景美，是初秋逃离城市的好去处。
Day1 成都→泸定→磨西古镇（约300公里，车程4-5小时）
上午出发，中午到泸定桥走一走，铁索桥下的大渡河水流很急，桥面会晃，带孩子的牵紧手。下午到磨西古镇，这里海拔只有1600，空气都是甜的。老街的青石板路两侧是百年老宅，还有一座中西合璧的天主教堂，红军长征时在这里开过会，免费参观。晚上找家柴火鸡，人均六七十吃到撑。
Day2 海螺沟景区一日（门票+观光车约160元/人）
景区8点开门，赶第一班上观光车。精华玩法：坐车到三号营地，换乘冰川索道（往返135元）直达四号营地，大冰瀑布就在眼前——冰川从贡嘎雪山延伸下来，表面泛着淡蓝色的光，像一块巨大的冰玉。恐高的姐妹可以走冰川步道，穿过挂满松萝的原始森林，同样能摸到冰川边缘。下午下山早的话，别急着走，去贡嘎神汤泡个露天温泉（人均100-150），雪山森林配热气腾腾的池子，一天的疲惫全消。
Day3 返程回成都
早上再逛一圈古镇，买点青稞饼和野生菌当伴手礼，午后返程，傍晚到成都。晚上直接住进悦蓝里S酒店——成都市金牛区西安路街道永陵路18号，宽窄巷子步行10分钟，5号线抚琴站C1口出来460米。我特意订了影院大床房，房间里有100寸投影，手机直接投屏，泡完温泉回来瘫在床上看部电影，智能马桶、零压床垫，幸福感拉满。前台电话028-60786899，住店还能免费洗衣，第二天换洗的冲锋衣直接送洗。
避坑提醒
- 冰川索道天气不好会停运，出发前看景区公众号实时公告，雨天可能白跑。
- 海螺沟海拔3000-3600，别剧烈运动，慢走慢看。
- 山脚和山顶温差大，带件厚外套，泡温泉记得自带泳衣。
- 磨西古镇晚上很安静，想逛夜市的不如把精力留给第二天景区。
预算参考
油费过路费人均150，住宿2晚人均200-300，门票索道约300，温泉150，吃饭人均250，总花销人均1000-1200。两天一夜看冰川泡温泉，性价比很高，国庆前的工作日去体验更佳。

Day 1 · Chengdu → Luding → Moxi old town (300 km, 4–5 hours)
Walk the Luding iron-chain bridge at midday — the Dadu River runs fast beneath it and the deck sways, so hold children's hands. Moxi old town sits at only 1,600 m; the stone-slab street is lined with century-old houses and a Chinese-Western Catholic church, free to visit. Dinner of wood-fired chicken costs CNY 60–70.
Day 2 · Hailuogou (tickets plus shuttle about CNY 160)
The park opens at 08:00 — catch the first shuttle to Camp 3, then the glacier cable car (CNY 135 return) to Camp 4, where the Great Ice Waterfall drops from Gongga. Those uneasy with heights can take the glacier trail through moss-hung forest to the ice margin. On the way down, soak at Gongga Shentang hot springs (CNY 100–150): snow peaks, forest and steaming water.
Day 3 · Return to Chengdu
Buy barley cakes and wild mushrooms, then drive back. Stay at Yuelanli S Hotel, 18 Yongling Road, Jinniu District — 10 minutes on foot from Kuanzhai Alley, 460 m from Exit C1 of Fuqin Station on Metro Line 5.
